Hello Team:

 

This Sunday is the Shamrock Shuffle. To everyone participating, good luck and have fun. Be sure and pick up your two race packets at the expo at Navy Pier. You need both your TNT race packet and your Shamrock Shuffle race packet. Remember to lay out your running clothes Saturday night and remember Nothing New on Race Day! After you complete the race, you must check out at the TNT tent. On behalf of Team and Training, thank you for participating and raising funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. As one of our late honored alumni use to say: "You Run, I Live".

 

 For everyone else, we will be running 60 minutes at the lake front. We will start at 8AM. Finally, I have attached an article on Turnover Drills. As always, if you have any questions/comments, please contact me.
